The First "Now".

We've been reading a couple of books that have snow in them, and trying to explain that it's cold, but it didn't sink in until we woke up Nov. 4 to this scene.

Aerya looked out the window and was totally confused. I explained it was snow, but still the puzzled look. We got outside and she touched it and for the rest of the day it was "NOW!!" (which is of course snow without the s).

She loved it out there and wouldn't come back inside. She was out many times that day and is now searching for snow everytime she goes outside. I've having a hard time convincing her that it'll come back.
